We are proud to announce that Buro M by Syncura has been appointed as the property manager of The Waves Sea residence, the first phase of the prestigious The Waves residential development in Ostend.
The Sea residence is located along Troonstraat, just 100 metres from the beach. The modern building combines urban living with a green environment, spacious terraces and an abundance of natural light. The architecture is inspired by the sea and dunes, with undulating façades that give the building a contemporary appearance.
The first phase comprises 118 apartments and 147 parking spaces. The complete project, consisting of the Sea, Salt, Sand and Sky phases, will ultimately offer more than 400 residential units.
As property manager, Buro M by Syncura provides professional, transparent and hands-on management, with a strong focus on quality of living and collaboration among the co-owners.
