Syncura Academy: where the syndics of the future are trained

Syncura Academy is Syncura’s learning and development hub, supporting our employees in their professional growth. Through intensive training, personal coaching and regular refresher courses, we give every employee the tools and knowledge to succeed in the property and syndic sector. The result: qualified specialists, property managers, accountants and lawyers who handle every file with care, professionalism and transparent communication.

Why our own academy?

Being a syndic requires far more than administrative skills. It calls for legal and financial expertise, technical construction knowledge, organisational talent and strong communication skills. On top of that, the profession has been recognised as a shortage occupation for more than ten years. That’s why Syncura set up its own academy a few years ago: to give new and existing employees the training and support the profession deserves, and to help drive the professionalisation of the sector as a whole.

Continuous training is central to the Syncura Academy. Through intensive courses and refresher training, our employees stay up to date and grow into specialists in their field, so our clients can always count on skilled, engaged professionals.

Our mission

Our mission is to give both new and existing employees the tools, knowledge and training they need to contribute to the property and syndic sector with confidence and success. We make sure every employee has the opportunity to develop further, not just to reach their own personal goals, but also to contribute to the company’s success and to the quality our clients experience.

The Syncura Academy Bootcamp

Every new Syncura employee, regardless of role, background or experience, follows the Syncura Academy Bootcamp. This intensive programme marks the start of every Syncura career.

Two weeks of intensive training

During the first two weeks of each month, our Learning and Development Managers run an intensive programme covering Syncura, the various tools and the Belgian Co-ownership Act, in short, every aspect of the syndic profession. Participants are supported by internal trainers throughout.

What's covered?

During the bootcamp, participants get to grips with the administrative, financial and technical management of co-ownership, how Syncura’s digital tools work, the relevant legislation and the practical aspects of the syndic profession, from general meetings to communication with co-owners.

Evaluation and follow-up

At the end of each week of the bootcamp, there’s an assessment, with individual follow-up for every participant. Those who pass officially begin their Syncura career.

Support after the bootcamp

The learning journey doesn’t stop after two weeks. Once new colleagues start at their Syncura office, they’re supported further by a dedicated mentor who guides them through their files. The Syncura Academy team also stays involved: with regular check-in calls, mentors joining general meetings where needed, and ongoing consultation and support. This builds a solid foundation for every employee.

Ongoing training for everyone

Syncura Academy isn’t just for newcomers. Existing employees can also follow one or more modules at any point in their career. In a sector that keeps evolving, with increasingly complex legal, technical and financial challenges, ongoing training is essential. This keeps our people up to date with the latest legislation and techniques, and keeps us delivering on our ambition to redefine the standard in property management.

What the Academy means for our clients

For co-owners, the Syncura Academy translates into something very concrete: your building is managed by people who never stop learning. Every manager, accountant and lawyer handling your file is trained to the same high standard and stays up to date on the latest co-ownership legislation through ongoing training. That’s the guarantee behind our promise: skilled, engaged specialists, every single day day.

Would you like to be our next colleague?
