Syncura Oudenaarde–Ronse has been appointed to manage the new-build project L’Eglize in Anzegem. This project combines residential living, retail, and community spaces in the heart of the municipality.
L’Eglize comprises 21 apartments, 4 commercial units and 32 parking spaces. The project deliberately focuses on creating a warm village atmosphere, with space for community living and local activity.
At the rear, a green area with a playground provides an added quality of life, while the brasserie with its spacious terrace at the front creates a new meeting place for residents and visitors of all ages.
