Ferentino in Groot-Bijgaarden

We are proud to welcome VME Ferentino in Groot-Bijgaarden to the portfolio of Syncura Erpe-Mere. This beautiful new-build residence comprises 20 apartments and one commercial unit. For the management of the co-ownership, the co-owners chose the expertise and guidance of Syncura.

As the syndic, we guide the co-owners from the start-up of the residence. For new-build projects, we pay special attention to a smooth introduction to co-ownership, ensuring owners can rely on professional support from the very first general meeting.
